Purfresh Appoints Fresh Produce Export and Compliance Specialist Patrick Dupuis to its Advisory Board
Company expands reach and deepens market expertise with addition of esteemed industry expert

Fremont, CA – July 16, 2009 – Purfresh, a provider of clean technologies that purify, protect, and preserve our food and water, today announced that fresh produce export and compliance specialist Patrick Dupuis has joined the company’s Advisory Board. Mr. Dupuis brings 18 years of agricultural and shipping expertise to Purfresh, and will help the company continue to identify new industry trends and expand commodity trade routes for its Purfresh Transport™ family of shipping solutions.

Mr. Dupuis is responsible for the produce division of an export freight forwarding company that specializes in worldwide shipments of fresh produce including stone fruit, grapes, apples, broccoli and citrus. In addition, Mr. Dupuis co-founded the Southern California Shipper's Association in response to the implementation of agreements signed in the Shipping Act of 1984. The association pools the volumes of shippers to negotiate favorable rates in global contracts with all the major reefer carriers. Mr. Dupuis holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and managerial economics from the University of California, Davis.
