Novazone Inc. Expands Operations and Relocates Headquarters

Company Web Site Now Accessible Via Novazone.com

LIVERMORE, Calif. - May 24, 2005 - Novazone, a leading provider of innovative ozone-based solutions to improve the freshness and safety of food and water, announced today the expansion and relocation of its headquarters to 2575 Collier Canyon Road in Livermore, Calif. Necessitated by the company’s recent growth, the new facility houses sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and operations functions. In addition, Novazone recently acquired Novazone.com allowing web visitors to access the company’s web site via Novazone.com or Novazone.net.

The new facility is located approximately one mile from its previous headquarters in the San Francsico Bay area, within close proximity to major airports and to the company’s Central Valley-based agricultural customers.
