Ozone controls decay and extends fresh produce shelf life
LIVERMORE, Calif. - May 3, 2006 - Novazone, a leading provider of innovative ozone-based solutions to improve the freshness and safety of food and water, today announced that Cuyama Orchards, a leading grower of premium organic apples, has deployed Novazone’s ozone-based cold storage solution to take an industry leadership position in maximizing fruit quality and reducing decay of its organic Fuji and Pink Lady apples.
