Purfresh Appoints Tom Justmann as Pre-Harvest Business Director

Senior Agricultural Executive Brings Life Sciences and International Experience

Livermore, Calif. – April 29, 2008 – Purfresh, formerly known as Novazone, Inc., a leading provider of clean solutions for food and water, today announced the appointment of Tom Justmann as pre-harvest business director for North America and Europe. Mr. Justmann joins Purfresh after more than 30 years in the agriculture and life sciences fields with companies including Makhteshim-Agan, Arysta Lifescience Corporation and American Cyanamid Company; at Purfresh, Mr. Justmann will lead the pre-harvest business unit throughout North America and Europe.

Tom’s 30 years of industry experience in management and specialty crop operations will be a vital asset as we expand the pre-harvest side of our business.”

Before joining Purfresh, Mr. Justmann worked as a consultant for Makhteshim-Agan, the largest off-patent supplier of crop protection products in the world. At Makhteshim-Agan, Mr. Justmann was responsible for developing strategic product plans together with business development with large corporate accounts like DuPont, Bayer and BASF. Prior to Makhteshim-Agan, Mr. Justmann spent over ten years with Arysta Life Sciences, where he consistently grew sales and profits beyond projected goals as vice president of commercial and specialty products and director of global sales. Previously, Mr. Justmann worked for the American Cynamid Company throughout the US and Europe as director of agricultural products.
