Purfresh Appoints Jeremy Wood as Vice President of Finance

Senior Finance Executive Moves from High-tech to Clean-tech to Support Global Expansion

Livermore, Calif. – March 11, 2008 – Purfresh, formerly known as Novazone, Inc., a leading provider of clean solutions for food and water, today announced the appointment of Jeremy Wood as vice president of finance.  A veteran of multiple technology and consumer service companies including Netflix and PeopleSoft, Mr. Wood will manage the financial and administrative functions of the company as it expands its presence in domestic and international markets.

Mr. Wood joins Purfresh from Netflix, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of finance. During his tenure at the company, Netflix completed a successful IPO and revenues grew from $72 million to $1 billion.  Previously, Mr. Wood held senior finance roles for a variety of private and public companies including Asera, Peoplesoft, Scopus Technology (acquired by Siebel Systems), OpenVision Technologies (IPO and later acquired by Veritas Software) and Ernst & Young. Mr. Wood is a chartered accountant and holds bachelor degrees in accountancy and commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
