Hyperconcentrator

Maximum transfer of gaseous ozone into water

The Hyperconcentrator is a fully integrated compact ozone contacting system designed to maximize the transfer of gaseous ozone into water and deliver a continuous stream of highly ozonated water to the point-of-use. The patented system allows users to achieve contact time values faster and with repeatable success.

PERFORMANCE
The Hyperconcentrator can be flow rated up to 300 gpm. Equipped with a proprietary degassing process, the Hyperconcentrator removes unwanted air from its contact tank, delivering a stream of pressurized ozonated water that is bubble free. With the Hyperconcentrator, ozone concentrations in excess of 10 ppm (mg/l) can be achieved in seconds and maintained throughout the treatment process.

HyperconcentratorCOMPLETE SYSTEM
The hyperconcentrator system includes the following: stainless steel contact tank, stainless steel recirculation pump, water Safety Drain, SS static mixer, PVDF venturi/eductor with backflow preventer, gas relief valve, vacuum relief valve, and pressure safety valve. All piping is electro-polished stainless steel with tri-clamp sanitary fittings.

MICROCOMPUTER/CONTROLLER
The sanitation of food, facility and equipment surfaces is extremely important in ensuring the quality and safety of food products. Most aqueous ozone contacting systems fail to provide adequate sanitation because of their poor hydrodynamic behaviors and mass transfer characteristics. On average, water with ozone levels in excess of 2-10 ppm (mg/l) applied for 15-60 seconds is normally required to achieve LD99 CT values in common rinse water systems. These modified LD99 CT values are determined by the amount of free disinfectant (C) multiplied by the available contact time (T) in your rinse waters.

In comparison to chlorine, ozone requires less time and lower concentrations to achieve LD99 CT Values. Ozone, unlike chlorine, remains in the antimicrobial form within a broader pH range.
