Christian joined Purfresh in 2007, and brings over 20 years of senior high-tech maritime industry experience to the Purfresh organization. Christian graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Marine Sciences, and first worked aboard commercial maritime vessels in 1992. While at Texas A&M, Christian served as the Executive Officer of the Texas Maritime Academy, and received a US Merchant Marine deck officer license from the US Coast Guard. Christian has spent most of his career introducing and driving new technological advancements within the international maritime and intermodal transportation industries. Prior to joining Purfresh, Christian served in key management positions at CP Ships, and Trinium Technologies. Christian is originally from New York but has also lived and worked in San Francisco, Tampa, Los Angeles, London, Montreal, and Boston. In his free time, Christian enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time at the ocean. Patricia has worked at Purfresh since 2012. During her time at Purfresh Patricia has held several positions including Director of South America and Director of Sales. Prior to Purfresh Patricia held key management and sales positions at DHL, Hapag-Lloyd , and CP Ships. Patricia was born in Colombia and currently lives in Mexico City, she has also lived and worked in Santiago de Chile, and Bogota Colombia. Patricia holds an MBA from El Desarrollo University and also studied at Babson College in Massachusetts. Patricia has extensive career experience in business strategy, sales development, and customer service optimization. In her free time Patricia enjoys yoga, swimming, and tennis. The aspects of Purfresh that Patricia likes the most are the ability to have global impact on food waste reduction in an environmentally conscious way, and selling the most advanced Controlled Atmosphere system in the reefer container market. Patricia is fluent in Spanish and English and her favorite fruits are avocados and blueberries.

Ken has worked with Purfresh since 2016, and has over 10 years of experience in R&D with Silicon Valley start-up technology businesses. Ken has managed material manufacturing, process design, manufacturing process, and testing and failure mode analysis at several companies . Ken was born in Vietnam and has lived and worked in both Ho Chi Minh City and the San Francisco Bay area. Prior to Purfresh Ken held key positions at Zeptor Inc., Leyden Energy, and Ampirus. Ken graduated with a BSCSE degree from Northwestern Polytechnic University, where he studied computer system engineering. Ken also holds certifications in technical leadership and program management, in multidisciplinary team environments. In his free time Ken enjoys badminton and soccer. Ayda has worked with Purfresh since 2013. During her time at Purfresh Ayda has held several positions including Sales Support, Customer Service and Quality Manager. Ayda was born in Mexico and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, she has also lived and worked in Chile and San Diego. Ayda graduated from San Diego State University and also attended the Universidad de Valparaiso, where she studied international marketing, finance, business administration and Latin American culture. Ayda has career experience in accounting, paralegal administration, and academic growth development for high school students. In her free time Ayda enjoys swimming and taking road trips. Cerlia has worked with Purfresh since 2016, and is an engineering specialist for PCB and electrical component testing. Cerlia was born in China and has lived and worked in both Beijing and the San Francisco Bay area. Cerlia graduated from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Beijing Union University, where she studied electrical engineering. Cerlia has significant career experience in electronic troubleshooting, technical failure analysis, and data analysis. In her free time Cerlia enjoys visiting Lake Tahoe, enjoying nature, and mountain biking. Cerlia prefers to ride a bicycle to and from work at Purfresh rather than driving a car. Abigail has worked with Purfresh since 2013, and is a specialist in several types of international transportation and customs entry. Abigail was born and raised in California and has developed an extensive cultural and family network in the Northern California area. Abigail studied in Los Altos California with a focus on social and international sciences. Duy has worked with Purfresh since 2017, and is a specialist for electronic maintenance at Purfresh, based in the San Francisco Bay area. Duy was born in Vietnam and has lived and worked in both Vietnam and the USA. Duy graduated from the Tran Phu School in Vietnam. He has extensive work experience in repair, maintenance, and technical enhancement processes for PCB’s, computers, mobile phones, and several other electronic component devices. Guido was born and raised in Belgium and has extensive background in the business and cultural methods across Europe. Guido graduated from the Higher Technical Institute of Antwerp where he completed extensive studies in metal work. Guido has significant career experience in ocean carrier, ocean terminal, and reefer container yard operations. In his free time Guido enjoys gardening and studying computer software applications. Florent has worked with Purfresh since 2014, and is a specialist in cold chain management and the fruit export business of Peru. Florent was born in France and has also lived and worked in Shanghai, Paris, Buenos Aires, and Lima. Florent graduated from the EDC Paris Business School where he completed extensive studies in finance and economics. Marvin has worked with Purfresh since 2013, and is a specialist for fruits and container transportation in Costa Rica. Marvin was born and raised in Costa Rica and has an extensive background of the business and cultural methods across the country. Marvin graduated from Colegio Gregorio Jose Ramirez in Alajuela CR, and he has studied both air and ocean transportation. Marvin has extensive work experience in international transportation, reefer container design, and commercial negotiations within the ocean container industry. In his free time Marvin enjoys soccer and swimming. Diego has worked with Purfresh since 2011, and is an international cold chain management expert for fruit and pharma products. Diego was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he has built his career. Diego graduated from Universidad de la Marina Mercante, where he completed his BSC in shipping, and studied international business and international shipping. Diego has career experience in international forwarding, logistics, and specialized pharmaceutical and perishable transportation. In his free time Diego enjoys running and sailing. Carlos has worked with Purfresh since 2009, and is a specialist in refrigerated ocean container design and repair, cold chain management, and the fresh fruit export business of Chile. Carlos was born and raised in Chile and has worked and lived in the Santiago de Chile, and Valparaiso areas. Carlos received his BA degree from the Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, he also studied and worked in the laboratory analysis department at the Universidad Catolica de Valparaíso. Carlos has extensive education and career experience in thermo-fluid management, diesel motors, refrigeration technology, electric power management systems, and air ventilation systems. Carlos is also a certified M&R instructor and trainer for several refrigerated container systems. In his free time Carlos enjoys participating in local Chilean cultural events, and watching educational documentaries. Alex has worked with Purfresh since 2014, and is a specialist in cold chain management, international transportation, and the fresh fruit export business of Kenya. Alex was born and raised in Kenya and has worked and lived in the Nairobi and Mombasa areas. Alex graduated from Kenyatta University at Nairobi, where he studied genetics and cellular-molecular communication. Alex has extensive education and career experience in molecular biology techniques, transportation logistics, controlled atmosphere technologies, and computer programming. In his free time Alex enjoys gardening, swimming, and photography.
